Delhiites Is good news. Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is bringing another housing scheme in Delhi. According to the information received, the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) approved launching “Premium Housing Scheme 2025” in a meeting chaired by Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena on Friday, offering 177 residential flats and garages at prominent places including Vasant Kunj, Dwarka, Rohini, Pitampura, Jasola and Ashok Pahadi. Detailed information and application form is expected to come soon about this housing scheme.
What kind of flats will be found
According to the information given, the new housing scheme of DDA includes high income group (HIG), Middle Income Group (MIG) and Low Income Group (LIG), which will be sold through e-auction. Apart from this, 67 car/scooter garages located in major areas will also be sold through e-auction. The DDA has also decided to reduce the amalgamation fee from 10% of the circle rate to 1% for commercial properties. The DDA has also reduced the multiplicity factor for auction of commercial properties from double the circle rate to 1.5 times the circle rate.
Approval to change land use
The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has approved the change of land use – Clu in various sectors in Narela, which will promote education hub, multi -sport integrated stadium, sports complex and overall development in the area. In addition, DDA has also approved a discount scheme on wholesale purchase of remaining flats without selling in Narela for government departments and universities. A DDA spokesperson said, “Government agencies and universities who buy at least 10 flats, they will get the same exemption under DDA’s ‘Apna Ghar Awas Yojana 2025’. That is, 25% on LIG flats and 15% discount on MIG, HIG and EWS Flats.”
