The Ambassador of India in the US has issued a statement giving this information. He informed that a big service is going to start for Indians from 1 August i.e. in 8 cities of America. This will make difficulties easier for Indians in America and people going from India to America. Under this, 9 new Consular application centers are being opened in the US.

Said, “… Today we are very happy to announce that we are opening eight new Indian counselor application centers in Boston, Columbus, Dallas, Detroit, Edison, Orlando, Rale and San Jose. In addition, we will open another Indian counselor application center in Los Angeles too soon. The capacity of the services associated will significantly increase and expand. “

Passport, visa and OCI related problems will be away

Ambassador Quatra said on the occasion that this decision has been taken keeping in mind the needs of Indian citizens and people of Indian origin. So that they can apply for passports, visas, overseas Citizen of India (OCI) and other counselor services without conveniently. He said that the establishment of these centers will increase the reach and capabilities of the Counselor services of the Government of India to a great extent and this will give people better service experiences. This will not only improve the speed of services, but will also strengthen important aspects like transparency, efficiency and user-facilities.

Number of Indian communities growing in America

The ambassador said that the population of the Indian community living in the US is continuously increasing and accordingly the need for services is also increasing.
