New Delhi: In Udaipur, big news related to the murder of Taylor Kanhaiyalal has come out. Javed, accused in this murder case, has got a big relief from the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court has refused to cancel the bail received from the Rajasthan High Court to Javed.
Petition filed by Kanhaiyalal’s son dismissed
The Supreme Court has rejected the petition filed by the son of NIA and Kanhaiyalal. The bail of both was demanded to be canceled. The court said in its order that there is no justification for interfering in the order of the Rajasthan High Court.
The court has made it clear in its judgment that the comments made by the High Court while granting bail will not affect the trial. The Supreme Court has also made it clear in its judgment that the rest of the accused in the case cannot demand bail by citing Javed case.
What was the Kanhaiyalal murder case?
On 28 June 2022, a dreadful incident came to light from Udaipur in Rajasthan. Here, 2 people of other religions had put the head of an Indian taylor Kanhaiyalal and broadcast it online by making a video of it.
Kanhaiyalal was murdered when he was at his shop. This was the period when former BJP spokesperson Nupur Sharma had tension over the controversial statement on Prophet Mohammad and Kanhaiyalal allegedly shared a social media post in support of Nupur Sharma. Since then, Kanhaiyalal was receiving threats. The incident caused resentment across the country and the police-administration came into alert mode. This incident has been discussed all over the country and there was a lot of anger in the minds of Hindus about this incident.
