A target is to reach 30,000 quintals of hybrid paddy, 30,069 quintals of high yielding paddy, 9,500 quintals of hybrid maize and 9,740 quintals of arhar to farmers. The government believes that due to the timely available seeds, farmers will get more yield in kharif crops. Which will increase their income.
