Siddharth listened seriously to the concerns of teachers, parents and common citizens and gave a clear and fair answer to their questions. Many important issues were discussed in this dialogue, in which subjects like transparency, children’s education, responsibility of teachers and improvement in facilities were prominent.

Transfer process now completely transparent and digital

A teacher made serious allegations, saying that 70 thousand rupees were demanded in the name of getting a favorite posting from him. On this, Dr. Siddharth strictly said that now the transfer process has become completely automated and software based. No officer, teacher or outsider has any role in this. He called it a cyber fraud and advised the teachers to be vigilant with such fraud.

Mathematics in sports in summer camp: commendable initiative

Kishanganj teacher Gopal Prasad Rai appreciated the initiative of interesting mathematics studies at the summer camp. In response, Dr. Siddharth said that such initiative is very important to maintain continuity in children’s education. He also told that he himself wants to go to some summer camp and meet the children, so that innovation in education can be understood more closely.

Strictness on negligence in Patna schools

Neena Gupta, a guardian of the soft group, complained through WhatsApp that the teachers in his child’s school fight gaps instead of studies and the children are sitting empty. On this, the ACS expressed strong displeasure and ordered an inquiry immediately and directed the guilty teachers to be transferred to the border areas. He bluntly said that the negligence of teachers will not be tolerated at any cost.

Salary deduction during medical leave is wrong: clear instructions

Gopalganj teacher Radhika Sharma complained that her salary was deducted during medical holidays. On this, Dr. Siddharth clarified that it is unfair to deduct the salary until the medical leave was approved as ‘No Pe Leave’. He instructed all the officials to ensure payment of salary during valid leave.

School building incomplete, 700 students affected: action instructions

The science teacher of Mahawala High School in Purnia said that for the last five years, the building of his school has been incomplete, due to which 700 students are being affected. Taking this seriously, Dr. Siddharth called it unacceptable and instructed the Executive Engineer to send the site for inspection on Monday.
