Bihar News: On Monday morning, the sensation spread on NH-922 when a horrific road accident occurred near Bhojpur Kothi in the new Bhojpur police station area. A truck filled with sand coming at a high speed on the southern lane of Fourlane suddenly lost the balance due to the tire burst and hit a teller standing in front. The collision was so fast that both the truck and the teller caught fire and the cabin of the truck was completely gutted.

In this painful accident, the truck driver died alive on the spot. The deceased has been identified as Devendra Kumar, a resident of Gaonariya Raja village of Maharajganj police station area of ​​Uttar Pradesh. The truck number BR-28 GA-9839 was going from Koilwar to Uttar Pradesh with sand.

When did the accident happen?

According to eyewitnesses, the accident occurred at around 4:30 am. After the collision with a loud voice, the flames were so fierce that there was chaos all around. The fire brigade took about an hour to extinguish the fire. By the time the fire was controlled, the driver’s body was completely burnt. The body could be taken out of the cabin after the fire brigade’s efforts.

Eyewitness narrated the dreadful scene

Dinanath, the driver of the eyewitness of the accident, Dinanath, who himself is a resident of Maharajganj, said that he parked his car on the roadside and went to get water. Meanwhile, he heard a loud explosion and when he ran back, he saw that the truck had penetrated directly into his standing taylor. Soon after the collision, the flames started to rise.

He said that the fire was so strong that along with the cabin of the truck, the back part of Taylor was also burnt to ashes. The lower part of the truck driver’s body was completely ashes and his bones were trapped in the steering. The relief team had to struggle a lot in removing the body.

Fire brigade and police handled the front

As soon as the news of the accident spread, the team of Dial 112, Naya Bhojpur police station and fire department reached the spot immediately. A lot of effort was made to extinguish the fire and finally the fire could be controlled after an hour -long efforts. The driver’s body was then taken out. Naya Bhojpur police station in -charge Shriram Thakur has confirmed the incident. At the same time, Circle Inspector Srinath Kumar of Dumraon also reached the spot and took stock of the situation.
