BJP’s active membership campaign begins in UP, CM Yogi becomes the first member

Lucknow, October 19 (IANS). BJP started active membership campaign in UP. CM Yogi started this campaign on Saturday by becoming the first active member of the party. During this, State President Bhupendra Chaudhary was also present.

Bhupendra Chaudhary said that after achieving the target of general membership in the organization Mahaparva, we have started an active membership campaign by making CM Yogi Adityanath a member. All of us workers together will move forward with the campaign to add 1.5 lakh new members. Today itself, we will start this campaign by making Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya and Brijesh Pathak as active members.

Earlier, Prime Minister Narendra Modi became the first active member of BJP. UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath had congratulated PM Modi after becoming the first active member of the party.

CM Yogi Adityanath had written on social media platform Becoming a member has further strengthened this feeling.”

He further wrote that I call upon all the respected citizens of Uttar Pradesh to join this special campaign started by the Prime Minister and participate in the construction journey of ‘Developed Uttar Pradesh-Developed India’.

Let us tell you that BJP is running a large scale membership campaign across the country. During the campaign, membership camps have been organized at various places, where people can easily take membership of BJP. The party has prepared special strategies to make this campaign successful, so that people of every section can participate in it. By starting this membership campaign, BJP hopes that it will be able to further strengthen its position in the state.
