To make a pudding of linseed flaxseed for health, you will need half cup light roasted and coarsely ground linseed seeds, one-fourth cup wheat or oats flour, half cup jaggery, two cups of milk, two spoon ghee, half short spoon cardamom, two-spoon cardamom powder, two spoon chopped cashews, almonds, almonds, almonds, weddom and a spoon raism.

Fifth step- Now you have to keep adding milk mixture slowly in this pan and adding milk. You have to cook this mixture well.
Sixth step- Finally you can mix finely chopped dry fruits and cardamom powder in the halwa. You can use warm milk to cure the consistency of halwa.
