Sarkaryavah Dattatreya Hosbale of RSS has suggested to consider the removal of socialism and secularism words from the Preamble of the Constitution. Hosbale said that Ambedkar was against adding both the words to the constitution, but Indira Gandhi added these two words to the preface of the Constitution at the time of Emergency. They have no meaning. These words are not the basic spirit of the Constitution. Therefore, now the removal of both these words from the Constitution should be considered. Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan supported RSS’s suggestion. Said, both these words are not in line with India’s cultural heritage, India believes in Sarvadharma Sambhav.

Since there is an electoral atmosphere in Bihar, RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav said that ending the Constitution is the agenda of BJP and RSS. The heart of the leaders of the RSS comes to heart. But the opposition parties will never allow this dream of RSS and BJP to be fulfilled. For the last several months, Rahul Gandhi, who was walking in the pocket of the Constitution, got a wish as if he got a wish. He immediately attacked the Sangh. Rahul Gandhi wrote that the mask of RSS came down again. The Constitution pricks them because it talks about equality, secularism and justice. RSS-BJP needs Manusmriti, not a constitution. They want to snatch their rights from Bahujans and the poor and enslave them again.

Law Minister Arjunram Meghwal said that Hosbale only mentioned Ambedkar’s opinion. SP President Akhilesh Yadav said that whatever BJP leaders say, the reality is that ending reservation and changing the constitution is the hidden agenda of BJP. External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar said that those who wave the copy of the Constitution do not understand the constitution nor the sentiment of the Constitution, for such people, only their family is everything, there is a need to escape from such people. Jaishankar’s gesture was towards Rahul Gandhi. Gandhi should get a chance. They tell everything related to the Constitution to end the constitution. They connect with the rights and reservation of Bahujans.

Actually Fitoor is in his mind. What Hosbale said is not wrong, but Bihar is the election, so Congress and RJD got a chance, they made it an issue. Otherwise, whether Rahul Gandhi or Tejashwi Yadav, these people might not know that there was a lot of debate on adding secular and socialist in the Constitution. Pandit Nehru and Dr. Ambedkar were staunch supporters of secularism but were against adding secular words to the Constitution by copying Western countries. That is why this word was not added to the Constitution at that time. Professor K. on 15 Nambavar 1948 to add socialist words. T. Shah presented the amendment, but Dr. Ambedkar, Chairman of the Drafting Committee, rejected it. At that time Ambedkar had said that the Constitution should not be seen as a document that imposes any social and economy ideology on the coming generations.

But Indira Gandhi amended the 42nd Constitution during the Emergency and added socialist and secular words to the preamble of the Constitution. Therefore, what Dattatreya Hosbole said is factually right. But the opposing parties accused the BJP of ending the Constitution by raising the statements of some BJP leaders during the Lok Sabha elections, made it a big issue, it benefited the opposition, now before the election of Bihar, before the Election of Bihar, it will once again be an attempt to surround the BJP by giving air to Hosbale’s statement. That is why so much beauty is being created on the statement of Dattatreya Hosbale.

Voter Verification in Bihar: Do not make EC a pawn

The Election Commission has launched a campaign of verification of voter list before the assembly elections in Bihar. EC employees will go from house to house and verify the citizenship and birth documents of the voters. RJD, Congress and Left parties accused that this campaign of the Commission is a conspiracy to cut the names of the voters of poor, Dalit and backward classes from the voter list. All this is being done to benefit the BJP. The campaign that the Election Commission has launched is to match the voter list with EPIC (Electors Photo Identity Card) number. Two forms have been uploaded on the Election Commission website.

In this, the voters of Bihar can upload their latest photos, their epic number and other documents. Election Commission employees will go door-to-door to help those who cannot fill the online form, they will fill the form and upload the paper. A copy of this form will also be given to the voter. There are 11 such documents, PAN card, driving license, passport, bank passbook, caste certificate or birth certificate, if you have a single one, then your verification will be done. Those who are questioning the verification of the voter list today are the same people who were accusing them of verifying the voter list before the elections in Maharashtra.

On the one hand, it is said that the voter list should be correct, correct, it is the responsibility of the Election Commission, on the other hand they are calling the verification of the voter list a conspiracy. If there is a disturbance in the voter list, then these people will accuse the Election Commission. Therefore, even if the Election Commission is trying to remove the disturbances of the voter list before the election, it is not right to abuse the Election Commission. A few days ago, Mamata Banerjee raised the issue of making two, three-three voter cards on an epic number in Bengal. The delegation of his party was sent to Delhi. At that time, the Election Commission was also accused. The Election Commission had admitted that there were disturbances in some cases, which would be rectified.

Since there are elections in Bihar, the epic number is being matched. The voter list is being verified, so what is wrong with this? Since the Election Commission cannot answer political questions every day, the Election Commission is a soft target for the opposition. Rahul Gandhi has been targeting the Election Commission for a long time, attacking his credibility. Today Tejashwi Yadav also joined the same campaign. I think it is not a good tradition for democracy to try to weaken the Election Commission in a political quarrel.

Uddhav, why did Raj Thackeray come together?

Uddhav Thackeray and Raj Thackeray will hold a shared rally in Mumbai on 5 July, accusing Hindi of being imposed Hindi in the primary classes of Maharashtra. NCP President Sharad Pawar said that the people of Maharashtra are not anti -Hindi but the decision to teach Hindi in primary classes is wrong. BJP leader Ashish Shelar said that Hindi language has not been compulsory in schools, it is optional. So it is not right to protest. The issue of Marathi language is emotional for Maharashtra. Especially the people of Mumbai are Touchy about the language. And BMC elections are close. That is why Uddhav Thackeray and Raj Thackeray are airing this issue.

The Maharashtra government’s order gave the two brothers an excuse to come together. As far as Congress and Sharad Pawar’s attitude is concerned, Uddhav has indicated many times that his party will contest alone in the BMC elections. That is why Sharad Pawar and Congress have supported Uddhav in the movement against Hindi, but did not promise to come together in the movement. I had said yesterday that even though Devendra Fadnavis has made Hindi an optional language, Uddhav Thackeray has made an issue of Marathi’s identity and BJP may suffer loss in BMC elections.
