Boost Aviation sector in UP, this new airline company will start flight for 6 routes from Lucknow

Up Another aviation company is going to start its service. The company’s name is Shankha Air. This company is planned to connect 6 routes to the state capital Lucknow. The company is currently waiting for approval for flight from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA). The airline said that it is planning to lease the ‘Naro-Body’ Airbus A320 aircraft for its operations in place of the turboprop aircraft being operated by existing regional companies in the country.

Flights will be available for these places from Lucknow

The new airline will initially start services from Lucknow to Varanasi, Gorakhpur, Ayodhya, Chitrakoot, Indore and Dehradun. He said that the goal of conch air is to add to the deprived areas of Uttar Pradesh, promote local businesses, tourism and employment generation and work in accordance with the priorities of the government.

Meeting Union Minister of Civil Aviation

According to the statement, Shravan Kumar Vishwakarma, Chairman of Shankha Air, had recently met Union Civil Aviation Minister K. Rammohan Naidu in New Delhi and discussed collaborative opportunities to start serving the aviation company and support India’s regional air connectivity goals. Vishwakarma said that Shankh Air has applied for flight approval and is waiting for approval from DGCA. Vishwakarma said about his meeting with the Union Minister that we are preparing to start service. So we are working closely with policy makers to ensure that our expansion plans are in line with national aviation goals.

Conch air will add small areas

According to Vishwakarma, the aim of conch air is to connect areas with air services that have been away from the aviation network so far. He said, “Our focus is on connecting the low -service areas of Uttar Pradesh. This will not only promote tourism and trade, but will also provide employment opportunities to the local people.”
