According to the information given, the government telecom company is now allowing customers to do Self KYC (know its customer) directly from its website. Usery this link “ Through the KYC process, you can order SIM card. Customers can do this for both prepaid and postpaid connections. Users just have to enter their pincode, their name and an alternative mobile number. Then they have to choose that they are ordering for themselves, their family/relatives or for an acquaintance person.
Helpline number released
Next, users will be asked to send an OTP to an alternative mobile number. For any doubt or question, BSNL has said that if users have any problem, they can call the helpline number 1800-180-1503 and get information. This is a new step from BSNL. Government telecommunications company is also starting 4G and 5G in all parts of India. BSNL is expected to reach 1 lakh 4G sites across India by the end of June 2025. The company said that it will also launch 5G very soon for mobile services and at the same time, it has started Q-5GFWA services in select cities. This service will soon start in other parts of the country and currently it is available at 100 Mbps speed at an initial price of Rs 999 per month.
