With this great performance, Bumrah made two big records in the IPL
First – He has become the first bowler in the world to take three or more wickets in a match 25 times in IPL history. In this list, there is now Yuzvendra Chahal, who has three+ wickets 22 times.
Second – Bumrah has now become the highest wicket -taking bowler against Delhi Capitals. He has 30 wickets in 23 matches against DC. Earlier this record was named after Ashwin, Narine and Chawla, who had 27–27 wickets.
