Call of Duty Mobile Season 5: Digital Dusk arrives on May 22: Everything you need to know
Call of Duty has announced Season 5: Digital Dusk for the COD Mobile. The game's next season will be released on May 22, bringing several new changes and updates. The season will transport players into a dystopian, cyberpunk world where players can get a chance to earn rewards and play the new content. The season will also bring new in-game items like Machine Pistol, Operator Skin, and more through Battle Pass. Let's look at the details.
Call of Duty Mobile Season 5: Digital Dusk
Call of Duty Mobile Season 5 arrives next week on 22nd. It brings a new ranked multiplayer map called Frequency, which we will get to later in this article.
The season will also bring a new Battle Pass. There will be two tiers, free and paid. Following are the items players will receive in each Battle Pass tier.
Battle Pass Free Tiers
Players opting for the free Battle Pass will get a fully automatic Machine Pistol, which has a high fire rate and solid handling. Players will also get Emergency Airdrop, which called upon, will deliver three random Scorestreaks to the indicated location. Apart from these, the free tier also includes a variety of skins, weapon blueprints, vault coins, and more.
Premium Battle Pass
The season will also bring a premium Battle Pass that will get players access to all the content in the Digital Dusk Stream. This includes Operator Skins from the dystopian future like Cipher – Codebreaker, Isabella – Scorched Isabella, Battery – BTRY-22, and Templar's Shadow – Shrouded. It will also have Weapon Blueprints featuring futuristic designs like AS VAL – Metal Hive, Locus — Arctic Cold, QXR – Silver Bones, EM2 – Steel Menace, and the Machine Pistol – Biometric.
Apart from this, players can also get Season 5's Ground Forces Battle Pass Subscription that will grant them additional monthly rewards with 10 percent boot to player and weapon XP. Subscribers will also get discount coupons and limited discounts on 10x crate pulls. Ground Forces rewards are as follows: Bale – Salvo Operator skin, the Kilo Bolt-Action – Jaded, and the Backpack – Jaded.
Black Ops IV's Frequency Map arrives
The new season will bring a new map called Frequency, which was first released in Call of Duty: Black Ops IV. Players will have to deploy on the covert listening station located deep in the mountains. They can navigate through various building's labs and data rooms, drop down into the central generator room and fight the opponents to win.
Fractured Society event
There's a new themed event in Season 5 called Fractured Society. The event will allow players to have some extra fun at a new location while earning rewards as they progress. There will be daily objectives to complete for players to get prizes. Some of the key unlockables in this themed event include Zane – Dark Fibers Operator Skin and RUS-9U – Compromised Weapon Blueprint.
