Cambodian PM said-Tahi army started war

According to The Nom Penh Post, attacks have been carried out around the Ta Mun Thom Temple, Ta Carbei Temple, Mom Bei area and Preh Vihair Temple in Cambodia. The war continues in both countries since morning. These places have been identified as the main points of conflict. The Cambodian leadership states that the Thai Army launched the attack, the first major attack carried out by them under the “Chakpong Fawanat military strategy” declared by them. Prime Minister Hun Manet said that the Thai forces attacked the Cambodian army posts located in the Odar Meinche province and then extended the scope of the attack to the Wax Bei area. “Cambodia has always been in favor of resolving issues in peace, but this time we have no option but to forcefully answer.

Government protecting the sovereignty and integrity of the country

The PM further stated that the Cambodian government army and administration are busy in protecting national sovereignty and regional integrity. Also, citizens affected by Thai attacks are also being provided assistance. Senate President Hun Sen also confirmed the attack, stating that the Thai Army had ordered the closure of the Ta Muen Thom temple on 23 July, which started the attacks a day later. “The Cambodian army now has no way but for retaliation and retaliation.”

PM Hun Sen made this appeal to the country

In view of Thailand’s attacks, Cambodia’s PM Hun Sen has appealed to citizens to panic, collect ration or avoid increasing prices.

He said, “Keep life normal in all other areas except the boundary areas of Odar Meinche and Preh Vaheir Provinces.” According to the report of Thai PBS World, the Thai army has re -implemented “Chakpong Fawanat military strategy” again.
