After which he got a place in Team India’s playing XI for the fourth Test. He took two wickets in the first Test, but could not show anything special with the bat.

At the same time, Shardul Thakur scored important runs for the team in the first innings of the fourth Test. But so far he has got very little chance to bowl in the first innings against England in the fourth Test. On which now Shardul Thakur has broken his silence. During this, he has also made a statement on the decisions of Indian team captain Shubman Gill.

What did Shardul Thakur say on Shubman Gill?

Talking to reporters after the second day’s game, Shardul Thakur insisted, “It is the decision of the captain to give the ball. It is not in my hand. The captain decides when the ball has to be given. The player usually does not have much role in it.” He hoped and said, “There is still time left – there are three more days left in the game. I hope I will get more over.”

When India was all out for 358 runs in the first innings, many cricket pundits believed that it would be difficult for the English batsmen to score runs on the Manchester pitch. But, as the sun turned out, the pitch got better for batting and England openers Jack Croly and Ben Docket increased India’s difficulties by scoring fast.

Surprisingly, Shardul Thakur, one of the most all -rounders in India, was seen most of the outfielder in this important session. On the day the Indian team threw a total of 46 overs, Shardul was given only five overs.
