Four people were killed and three others were seriously injured in a tragic road accident at Kunjmapatti near Usilamapatti in Madurai district of Tamil Nadu. The incident occurred when a high speed car hit seven members of the same family crossing the road.
Giving information about the incident, Madurai Superintendent of Police Arvind said that the accident happened on Saturday evening. Family members were crossing the road, when an uncontrolled car engulfed him. The collision was so severe that four people died on the spot.
