Case filed against Vijay Devarakonda under SC/ST Act, know what is the matter
South actor Vijay Devarakonda is caught in troubles. A case has been registered against the actor under the SC/ST Act. Vijay Devarakonda is alleged to have made objectionable remarks on the tribal community in a statement at the film Retro’s pre-release event in May.
The tribal association has lodged a complaint against Vijay at Raidugram police station in Saibarabad. The complaint has been lodged by Ashok Rathore, who is the state president of the joint action committee of tribal communities. He alleged that during the pre-release event of the film Retro, the actor made statements that hurt the sentiments of tribal communities and insulted them.

He had said, Kashmir belongs to India and Kashmiri belongs to us. India does not even need to attack Pakistan because the Pakistanis themselves are fed up with their government and if this continues, they will attack them. Terrorists still fight in the same way as tribals used to fight 500 years ago.
Vijay gave clarification
Vijay Devarakonda also gave clarification when this statement was disputed. He had said, the remarks I made, some people have aroused concern. I want to make it honestly clarify any community, especially our Scheduled Tribes, there was absolutely no intention to hurt or target, which I respectfully respect and consider them an integral part of our country.
