Chief of Defense Staff (CDS) Anil Chauhan said that even though India is a peace -loving country, we are not ‘pacifists’. The enemies should not remain in misunderstanding. The country’s armies are always ready for war. CDS was speaking at the Ran Dialogue-2025 program held at Army War College, Mhow, Madhya Pradesh on Tuesday. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh and Chiefs of the three armies are also attending this two -day program.
CDS General Chauhan said that peace without power is a ‘utopian’ perception. Repeating the lines of Rashtrakavi Ramdhari Singh Dinkar, General Chauhan said, “Forgiveness is the one who has a gararal, what is the dental, poisonless, devotional, simple to him.”
CDS said, ‘I would like to say a Latin coat, which has a Hindi translation that if you want peace then be ready for war. Because, only power can bring peace. Operation Sindoor was a new age war, from which we learned many lessons. The operation is still going on.
Operation vermilion continues, weapons and scriptures will follow together
The CDS said the operation vermilion is still on. Operation Sindoor was a modern struggle, from which we learned many lessons. Most of them are being implemented. CDS said- Gita and Mahabharata are the best examples of war policy. Chanakya’s policy conquered Chandragupta. He has said that power, enthusiasm and device… are the most important for war policy. Both weapons and scriptures need to be followed together.
CDS told- Future war will be very dangerous
General Chauhan said that the battle of the near future will be extremely dangerous, in it we can win only the Army, Air Force and Navy. CDS said that we have to become strong and self -sufficient in every situation. He made it clear that the purpose of this battle dialogue is not to discuss Operation Sindoor. We are discussing what is ahead of Operation Sindoor i.e. what will be the ‘Future Warfare’.
Work on Sudarshan Chakra Mission starts
On the announcement made on the Sudarshan Chakra Mission of PM Narendra Modi from the Red Fort on August 15 this year, the CDS said that work on it has started. General Chauhan said that the successful test of Integrated Air Defense Weapon System (IADWS) by DRDO (Defense Research and Development Organization) on Sunday is part of this.
The CDS said that after the completion of the mission in the year 2035, it would be like India’s security iron dome (or golden dome). CDS said that India is moving towards becoming developed. In such a situation, India’s armies are also trying to join the category of Advance Military around the world.
