In Hyderabad, sensational details have been revealed in the case of the Srishti Test Tube Baby Center cheating a couple in the name of surrogacy. DCP Rashmi Perumal and DMHO Venkat revealed the details of the investigation related to the case to the media. A couple from Rajasthan contacted Dr. Namrata of the Srishti Test Tube Center of Secunderabad for the child through surrogacy. The Rajasthani woman wanted to have a child from her husband’s sperm. Namrata said that it would cost 30 lakh rupees to get a child from surrogacy. Namrata sent him to his center in Vijayawada. There, he was tested under the supervision of Dr. Karuna and Sonali. Samples of husband’s semen were taken. After a few days, he showed a woman from Visakhapatnam and recovered Rs 30 lakh from the couple, saying that he would have to recover an additional Rs 10 lakh that Caesarean would have to be done.
How to open the matter?
When the child’s looks apart from the parents and suspicion of being constantly ill, the couple asked Dr. Namrata to conduct a DNA test. Namrata refused and threatened them. Saying that her husband is a lawyer, he threatened that he had illegally received a surrogate child without permission and if he goes through the law, a case will be registered against him. When the victim couple conducted a DNA test in a lab in Delhi, it was found that the child’s DNA was not her husband’s DNA. She lodged a police complaint against the operators of the Rajasthan Women’s Srishti Center, alleging that the husband was cheated by a sperm of another person instead of sperm.

The DCP revealed that a pregnant woman from Assam was brought from Delhi to Visakhapatnam by aircraft and was delivered and her child was assured to a couple from Rajasthan that it was a surrogate child. He said that the woman of Delhi selling the child was given Rs 90,000. Along with this, a case of child trafficking has been registered against Dr. Namrata and Srishti Test Tube Center employees in this case, DCP revealed. He said that if Namrata is interrogated in custody, then more things can be revealed. He said that they are collecting data of couples for surrogacy and questioning them. He said that they are also investigating when and how many hair trafficking cases were taken along with surrogacy. The closed center is being managed illegally in 2020, this is to say DMHO.

DMHO Venkat said that the creation test tube center was closed at 2020 itself. Since then, this center has been running illegally in two states without the permission of any medical council. He said that according to the new surrogacy law, no one other than family members is allowed to have children through surrogacy. However, he found that the managers of the Srishti Test Tube Center are cheating on those who come to them for the child. He said that in the case of the couple of Rajasthan, children were smuggled instead of surrogacy. He said that the medical department and police are investigating the practice of Dr. Sadanand of Gandhi Hospital working as anesthesiologists at this center.
