According to industry tracker Sacnilk, Saira has earned ₹ 5.18 crore from advance booking. By 5 pm, 2,07,587 tickets have been sold for 6,167 shows across the country of this upcoming music drama. With block seats, Saira’s total collection has increased to ₹ 7.79 crore. Supported by Yash Raj Films, the film grossed ₹ 93.86 lakh for 682 shows in Delhi and ₹ 75.86 lakh for 1,165 screening in Maharashtra. According to Sexnilk, the upcoming film has also surpassed Akshay Kumar’s Housefull 5 and Ajay Devgan’s final ticket sales. Housefull 5 sold around 95,000 tickets at the national level on the first day, while Red 2 sold 93,000 tickets.

Earlier, the producers released the teaser and poster of the film. While sharing the teaser, the production banner wrote, ‘A deep love story that will break your heart and will also fill it. #Saiyaara’s teaser has been released. #Saiyaara just in theaters on 18 July. ‘ It also posted two posters of Ahaan and Anit on social media platforms and captioned, ‘Some love stories remain forever.’ The title and release date of the film was announced in April. Sankalp Sadana wrote the story and screenplay of Saira, while Rohan Shankar wrote dialogues.
