CM Fadnavis gave great advice in Hindi dispute case in Maharashtra
Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis
New Delhi: On Thursday, Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis laid the foundation stone of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Special Center for Secure and Strategic Studies at Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) in Delhi. Also inaugurated Kusumagraj Special Center for Marathi Language, Literature and Culture. He said that Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj’s strategic powers and the study center for Marathi language are open in JNU.
Inauguration of the study center at JNU over Shiv Ji Maharaj
During this, CM Fadnavis said that it is a matter of great pleasure that the study center is being inaugurated in JNU over Shiva ji Maharaj. PM Modi gave Marathi language the status of aristocratic language. Language is the medium of dialogue, not the medium of controversy. We should learn Indian language along with Marathi. The thoughts of Marathi people cannot be compressed. Because Shiva ji did not teach us the narrow idea.
Marathi language honor tops in Maharashtra
CM said that Marathas have not fought for themselves for themselves. This is its own history. How can one who fights for the country keep a narrow idea. There is only a handful of people opposing Shivarai. Yesterday people considered Shivarai as, even today they believe and will also believe tomorrow. Devendra Fadnavis said that Marathi language is at the top in Maharashtra. But the government will not tolerate assault in the name of language. The government will appear strictly.
It is natural to urge the Marathi language in Maharashtra, there is nothing wrong in this. But it will not be tolerated to dispute and assault on the language. If any such incident has happened, we have taken strict action, even if someone does this, we will take action.
This is said on the decision of the Supreme Court
Talking to the media, Fadnavis said that in the 2006 Mumbai train blasts, the Supreme Court today has stayed the High Court verdict, which I have a satisfaction. Following the decision of the High Court, the Maharashtra government appealed to the Supreme Court and the Supreme Court has taken the right step by giving a stay.
