The series will be released on prime video on 25 July in more than 240 countries and areas including India.
The trailer of ‘Rangti’ shows the funny glimpse of the movement that is in a straight-looking life of Adarsh. The story begins when Adarsh reveals the deception of his wife Naina, and from here his life grows in a direction that is difficult to guess.
In this story of right-wrong, identity and tangled emotions, the ideal, who is a simple and old man, goes out on a funny but heart touching journey. In this series related to stylish but tangled, funny but heart, this series will get a temper of humor and relationship drama, where spicy dialogues, peculiar characters and different story will be seen.
Co-creator and co-writer Amardeep Galsin said, ‘Colorful’ is a sensitive but funny story, which shows how intimacy, power and emotional needs look when you are not in romantic comedy. We wanted to create a world that is a kind of satyer, which went on to balance between humor, tanj and emotional truth.
Talking about playing the role of Adarsh, Vineet Kumar Singh said, “I found Adarsh’s character in the first time human, who has his own weaknesses, which is full of complications, but is true to the heart.” What I liked the most in ‘Rangti’ was that I got a chance to play a person who goes through a storm of deception and doubt, that too without melodrama, but with simplicity, humor and seriousness coming from inside. There is a raw truth in this story, which also makes it fun and heart touching.
Rajshree Deshpande, who plays Naina, said, ‘Color’ is not just a story of a tangled relationship, it is a mirror of hidden complications in our heart and mind. I had a thing to be pulled towards Naina, to fight for my wishes without apologizing, for his meaning, for his meaning, to go out of the limits in which he was fastened. I am happy that ‘colorful’ does not give easy answers. It does not just bind women in the label but allows them to be entangled, in search and completely human.
