Congress MLA demands to make Nitin Gadkari the PM, ‘His attitude is of development’

Congress party MLA from Karnataka Belur Gopalakrishna has suggested to make Union Minister Nitin Gadkari the Prime Minister. A three -time MLA from Sagar Assembly seat in Shimoga district said that if Prime Minister Narendra Modi leaves the post at the age of 75, Gadkari will be his ideal successor. Gopalakrishna’s statement came in response to the recent statements of RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat, in which he spoke of leaving the post of leaders at the age of 75.
During an event in Nagpur on Wednesday, RSS chief Bhagwat cited the statement of the union thinker leaving the post after the age of 75 years. PM Modi will turn 75 years old on 17 September this year. At the same time, Nitin Gadkari turned 68 on May 27 this year. In such a situation, Gadkari has time to remain PM for about 7 years.

Gopalakrishna said, “Gadkari should be the next Prime Minister of the country, because Gadkari is with the common man. He has done a good job for the development of the country in highways and other areas. The people of the country know their services and his personality.” Speaking to reporters on Saturday, he cited a statement allegedly given by Gadkari, in which he expressed concern to the poor of the country and claimed that he was becoming rich and rich. He further said, “Considering this seems to have a concept (for the development of the country) and such people should be made (Prime Minister). Mohan Bhagwat has indicated that those who have turned 75 will have to leave the post, so I think I think the time has come for Gadkari.”
Gave the example of Yeddyurappa
Congress MLA claimed that senior BJP leader B.S. Yeddyurappa was forced to resign from the post of Chief Minister of Karnataka after completing the age of 75 years. He said that no leader of his party is speaking about Modi. He said, “BJP sinners forced him to resign with tears in his eyes (Yeddyurappa). He was a senior leader who raised the BJP and brought it to power in the state. Why did such a behavior to Modi ji? Is Yeddyurappa not removed from the post on Modi’s instructions? Mohan Bhagwat has also said that I should not give a chance after 75 years of age, so I should not be given a chance, so I should not give a chance to power Will also be given a chance. ” (Input-PTI)
