In the Hangal gangrape case, the accused of gangrape took out Vijay procession with bikes and cars in Akki Alaur after release. The seven main accused in this case were granted bail by the Haveli Sessions Court, as the victim could not identify the sure of the accused.

The accused who have been granted bail are:

  1. Aftab Chandanatti,
  2. Madar Sab Mandkki,
  3. Samiullah Lalanwar,
  4. Mohammad Sadiq Agasimani,
  5. Shoaib Mulla,
  6. Tausif, and
  7. Riyaz Savikari.

What is the whole case?

The case of gangrape is in January 2024, when a young woman accused seven people of gangrape. The accused had forcibly entered a lodge and questioned the victim on having a relationship with a non -religion youth. The police arrested the accused by making a case of moral policing. After this, the victim had said in a statement before the magistrate that these 7 accused also gang -raped her. The accused forcibly took him from the hotel and gang raped her in a nearby Junglenuma area. After this statement, the police also added sections of gang rape.

What did the police say?

On Monday, the court ordered the release of these accused on bail. The release of the accused and the subsequent victory procession has shocked the feelings of the people, and has raised many questions on law and order. Taking cognizance of the case in the Akki Alur police, the process of presenting video evidence in court and canceling his bail on this basis has been said.
