Crizac IPO GMP (Gray Market Premium) is at ₹ 39 premium on 4 July. It is ₹ 21 to ₹ 18 more on Wednesday and Thursday. Market expert says that Crizac’s IPO GMP leads to a good sign as there has been a slowdown in the secondary market throughout the week. The strong response of investors may be the cause of today’s boom.

How much is the price band

According to the news, Crizack Limited has to raise ₹ 860 crore through the initial public issue. This IPO is fully reserved for Open for Sale (OFS). Crizack IPO price band is ₹ 233 to ₹ 245 per equity share. Given the Crizack IPO membership status, the book-beding issue has received good response from investors. The company’s shares are also trading at premium in the gray market.

On the third day of the bid, public proposal was 21.18 times the public proposal, 6.84 times the retail, 49.31 times to the retail part and 25.18 times the QIB part. The IPO received bids for 23.85 crore shares, while the proposed shares were 2.58 crores.

Talking about the financial performance, the company recorded a net profit of ₹ 153 crore and a revenue of ₹ 885 crore by the company for the financial year ended on March 31, 2025. It recorded a net profit of ₹ 118.90 crore in FY 2024 with a revenue of ₹ 763 crore.
