The shares of Crisac Limited, a company that provided the student recruitment solution, was listed at about 15 percent premium against the issue price of Rs 245 on Wednesday. According to PTI news, the stock started in the market at Rs 280 with a gain of 14.28 percent from the issue price on BSE. Later, it had also reached a level of Rs 309.

According to the news, in NSE, Crisac shares started trading at Rs 281.05 with a premium of 14.71 percent. The company’s market evaluation was Rs 5,144.49 crore during the morning trading. The initial public issue (IPO) of Crisac Limited received 59.82 times subscription on the last day of bid on Friday last week. The price scope of the initial share sales of Rs 860 crore was Rs 233-245 per share.
Sale of equity shares worth Rs 860 crore
According to Red Herring Prospects, the IPO was completely offered by promoters Pinky Aggarwal and Manish Aggarwal to sell equity shares worth Rs 860 crore, which included no new issues. The Kolkata -based company is a B2B education platform for agents and global institutions, providing international student recruitment solutions to global institutions of higher education in UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
