South Africa has announced its playing XI for the first Test against Zimbabwe, which will be played from June 28 at the Queen Sports Club of Bulavio. In this match, the team’s regular Test captain Temba Bawuma will not be able to play, who has been dropped from the series due to a left hamstring injury. In his place, veteran spinner Keshav Maharaj will take over the responsibility of captaincy.

The biggest feature of the team is the debut of 21 -year -old Dewald Brevis. Bravis, known as ‘Baby AB’, was still known for his white ball performance, but now he has got a chance to prove himself in Tests. Opening will be responsible for the responsibility of Matthew Breetzke and Tony de Jorji, while the middle order will be present in Luhan-Dre Pretorius, Brevis, David Bedingham and all-rounder Vian Mulder. Kyle will play Varene as a wicketkeeper, while Captain Maharaj will play the role of the team’s chief spinner.

The fast bowling invasion will be young faces like Kodi Yusuf and Quena Mafaka, who will be supported by Vian Mulder and all -rounder Corbin Bosch.
