Faridabad. DC Vikram Singh reviewed the orders issued at the administrative level for cleaning the drain on Friday morning. In this, top officials of all departments participated. DC took updates on the responsibility fixed as per zone and took the inspection report from all the officials and directed the concerned department to take action. He said that action should be taken every day by the department on the report given by HCS and Joint Commissioner level officer.
Officers will be installed in five zones, action will be taken daily
DC said that the duty of two officers will be imposed according to five zones of MCF. He said that a total of 55 disposals of FMDA and Municipal Corporation should also be inspected and seen diesel availability in addition to Gensset, Power Supply Report. Similarly, on the National Highway, there was a churning in the meeting regarding the solution of waterlogging. Representatives of NHAI said that permanent pumps have been installed in the district, observing the problems in the past. Their capacity has been increased. Drainage arrangements have been made by making complete arrangements. The arrangements will be assessed during the rain.
Tour with councilor, take feedback: DC
DC said that the officials should ensure that the local representatives are present on the spot during the relevant inspection tour. Contact them for this. Take feedback from them. His satisfaction should work according to the report. This will immediately ensure the satisfaction of the public. He said that daily progress reports should be received. Public interest action will be ensured by receiving the progress report daily.
Industry discharge will also be seen, joint team will tour
Apart from the officials of the Pollution Control Board, a team of Joint Commissioner, HSIDC officials will jointly visit the disposals and drains to monitor the industry discharge. Action should be ensured if the industry gets a discharge without being treated on the spot. DC clarified that after taking action against negligence and rules, give a message that there will be no tolerance.
