The 60th match of the Indian Premier League 2025 became very memorable. In which many records were broken. The match was played on 18 May between Delhi Capitals and Gujarat Titans (DC Vs GT). In which Gujarat succeeded in qualifying for the playoffs by defeating Delhi. It played a big role of Gujarat Titans openers Shubman Gill and Sai Sudarshan. Who won Gujarat without losing wickets and also succeeded in making a special record.

Sai Sudarshan scored an unbeaten 108 off 61 balls, while captain Shubman Gill scored an unbeaten innings of 93 runs. The 205 -run opening partnership between these two set the record for the largest chase partnership in IPL history. With this performance, the pair has become the second pair to chase 200+ runs without losing wickets in men’s T20 cricket. Earlier, Pakistan’s Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan achieved this feat against England in 2022.

Gujarat Titans chased a target of more than 200 against Delhi Capitals in IPL 2025 – it became the first team to do so.

So far only Bulgaria has done so against Serbia in 2022. Gujarat Titans has now joined this elite list.

The pair of Shubman Gill and Sai Sudarshan took another record by making an unbeaten opening of 205 runs. Earlier in 2012, Warner and Ojha added 189 runs.

In the DC Vs GT match, the Gujarat Titans defeated Delhi Capitals by 10 wickets while chasing a memorable run of IPL history. In this match played at Arun Jaitley Stadium, Delhi batted first and scored 199/3 thanks to captain KL Rahul (112*). Akshar Patel and Triston Stabs also added fast runs.

In response, Gujarat openers Sai Sudarshan (108*) and Shubman Gill (93*) batted amazing and achieved the target in just 19 overs. The two together shared an unbeaten 205 -run unbeaten and made the Delhi bowlers completely helpless. (DC vs gt)
