DDA Housing Scheme 2025: Vasant Kunj, Dwarka, Rohini will get a chance to buy flats, 60+ garage will also be auctioned
Delhi Development Authority (DDA) It is about to launch its premium housing scheme 2025 in early August, under which there will be a chance to buy about 250 flats and more than 60 garages in posh areas of Delhi including Vasant Kunj, Dwarka, Rohini and Pitampura. Property will be sold through online e-auction. According to the information received by DDA, 39 HIG Flat in Vasant Kunj, Jasola (Pocket 9B) and Dwarka (Sector 19B) will be available for sale for sale of 39 HIG Flat, Jahangirpuri, Nand Nagri, Dwarka and 48 MIG Flat in Pitampura and 22 LIG flats in Rohini. In addition, 66 flat pocket 9 under EHS category are located in Naseerpur, Dwarka, while 2 SFS Category-II flats will be available in Sector 18, Rohini and Shalimar Bagh.
60+ garage will also be auctioned
The scheme also includes 16 car garages in Pitampura and 51 scooter garages in Mall Road and Ashok Vihar. The price reserved for car/scooter garages is between Rs 3.17 lakh to Rs 43 lakh, which depends on the type and location. The DDA has also decided to reduce the integration fee for commercial properties from the current 10% of the circle rate to only 1%. The statement said that the move aims to exploit low -use commercial plots, so that the integration of land for developers and starting large -scale projects can be economically viable.
What is the reserve price for the flat?
The prices of flats introduced under this scheme vary in different categories. The reserve price of high income group (HIG) flats ranges from ₹ 1.64 crore to ₹ 2.54 crore. The reserve price of the middle income group (MIG) flats ranges from ₹ 60 lakh to ₹ 1.5 crore. The reserve price of low income group (LIG) flats ranges from ₹ 39 lakh to ₹ 54 lakh. The SFS Category-II flats are expected to be between ₹ 90 lakh to ₹ 1.07 crore. The flats of the expandable housing scheme are priced ₹ 38.7 lakhs.
