Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has announced to launch its premium housing scheme 2025 with Ready-to-Move Flats. In this announcement made on the occasion of Janmashtami, the DDA said, “On the auspicious occasion of Janmashtami, DDA announces the premium housing scheme 2025 with Ready-to-Move Flats.” HIG, MIG, LIG and EHS flats will be available for sale under this premium housing scheme of DDA. These flats will be found in other premium locations in Delhi including Vasant Kunj, Jasola, Rohini, Dwarka and Pitampura.
Flats are also available in Jahangirpuri, Nand Nagari, Ashok Vihar and Shalimar Bagh
Ready for e-auction, apartments will be available in Jasola’s pocket 9B and Dwarka Sector 16B and 19B. This will be freehold property, which can be booked in online mode. According to a report by the Times of India, about 250 flats in this scheme will be sold under e-auction. Apart from Vasant Kunj, Jasola, Rohini, Dwarka and Pitampura, DDA flats at Jahangirpuri, Nand Nagri, Ashok Vihar and Shalimar Bagh will also be kept for e-auction. How many flats of HIG, MIG and LIG available
According to the report, this scheme includes 48 middle income group (MIG) Flat, Vasant Kunj, Sector 19B of Dwarka and Pocket 9 of Jasola 39 high income groups in Jahangirpuri, Dwarka, Nand Nagri and Pitampura. The DDA said, “The scheme also includes 16 car garages in Pitampura and 51 scooter garages in Mall Road and Ashok Vihar, which offer widespread options for both housing and parking in some of the most prominent areas of Delhi.”
What will be the prices of flats
The prices of flats for different categories will vary. The reserve price of high flats is likely to be between ₹ 1.64 crore to ₹ 2.54 crore. At the same time, the price of MIG flats can be ₹ 60 lakh to ₹ 1.5 crore and LIG flats can be from ₹ 39 lakh to ₹ 54 lakh.
