Decision of Greater Noida Authority, One-Time Settlement Scheme approved for such flat holders

The Greater Noida Authority has approved the One-Time Settlement (OTS) scheme for multi-storey flat allottees up to 121 square meters. The scheme will be able to avail the benefits of this scheme economically weaker section (EWS), low income group (LIG) and middle income group (MIG). According to the news of Hindustan Times, the authority officials informed that the scheme will remain in effect till 31 December. Its main objective is to make the process of lease registration simple and faster. Also, pending cases have to be resolved for years. Detailed orders will be issued soon regarding the implementation of the scheme.

These important decisions were also made

This meeting held on Tuesday was chaired by Manoj Kumar Singh, Chief Secretary of Uttar Pradesh and Chairman of the Authority through video conferencing. During this period, several important proposals related to the infrastructure and civil facilities of the city were approved. Approval has been given to construct a new resule at the Amnabad dam for protection from floods in Hindon River. This resulator will also help in preventing erosion near Bisarkh Nalla. Construction work will be done by the Irrigation Department and its cost of ₹ 10.56 crore will be borne by the Greater Noida Authority.

Flat allotment for CISF

Keeping in view the security of the upcoming Noida International Airport, the plan for residential facility for CISF personnel has been cleared. 467 vacant flats located in Sector Omikron 1A will be rented to CISF. These flats are from LIG and MIG category. This will provide convenient, safe and close accommodation to security personnel. This decision is being considered a major step towards providing better facilities to citizens in Greater Noida and speeding up urban development.

These two important work is doing the authority

The construction work of a two-storey community building by the authority in Sector Omikron-1A is in progress. Facilities like hall, kitchen, stores, toilets, parking are being developed in this. This building will be prepared in the next 6 months and provided to the sector residents for social and cultural events. In addition, the underpass under construction at Char Murti Chowk is in rapid progress. The target is to complete this project within a deadline, which will ensure relief from traffic jams to the citizens of Greater Noida West and better traffic system of the region.
