Delhi Airport issued this advisory, 32 airports closed till May 15, know the whole thing
The Directorate General of Civil Aviation, the DGCA, announced that 32 airports in North and Western India would remain closed for civil flight operations till 15 May. The move, raised by the Airports Authority of India (AAI), is part of the precautionary measures amid growing border stress. The affected airports include major airports in Srinagar, Amritsar, Jammu, Leh, Chandigarh, Bikaner and Jodhpur. Other affected airports are located in states like Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab and Rajasthan.
Passengers advise to be vigilant
The Indira Gandhi International (IGI) airport has started operating normally on Saturday morning. Despite this, passengers have been advised to be vigilant. There may be a delay due to increase in safety measures. The Airport Authority said that Delhi Airport is currently normal. However, according to the orders of the Civil Aviation Security Bureau, due to the changing conditions of the air space and increased security measures, some flights may be affected.

The Delhi Airport urged the passengers to be in constant contact with their airlines, follow the rules related to the goods, arrive early to adjust the safety and check the real -time update through the official airport channels.
