On Friday, people in Delhi-NCR had to face strong sunlight and humid heat. Safdarjung in Delhi recorded a maximum temperature of 36.9 degrees Celsius. However, the Meteorological Department has expected people to get relief from the heat in Delhi-NCR today. IMD has predicted thunderstorms on Saturday. Today, Delhi’s temperature is expected to be between 28 to 35 degrees Celsius. Due to rain, people can get relief from humid heat.

Rain will continue in Delhi-NCR

According to the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD), the areas of NCR including Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, and Gurugram are expected to receive rain on Saturday and Sunday. The Meteorological Department has predicted the possibility of cloudy and thunderstorms, which can provide some relief in temperature. According to the Meteorological Department, on Saturday, 26 July, heavy rain showers and light winds are expected to blow during the day. During this time, the speed of air can be 7 km/h. Apart from this, light rain can also occur on Sunday i.e. 27 July. The wind speed will be 8 km/h.

Rain in many districts of UP

At the same time, the weather remains pleasant after the rain in Lucknow, the capital of UP. The Meteorological Department on Saturday is expected to receive heavy rains in Prayagraj, Sonbhadra, Mirzapur, Moradabad, Rampur, Banda, Chitrakoot, Agra and Bareilly. Apart from this, alert has been issued for heavy rains in Pilibhit, Jalaun, Hamirpur, Mahoba, Jhansi, Lalitpur and its surrounding areas. At the same time, clouds have been expected to thunder and lightning in Farrukhabad, Kannauj, Kanpur Dehat, Kanpur Nagar, Ballia, Lakhimpur Kheri and Prayagraj.

Thakka’s alert in Bihar

Talking about Bihar, there are chances of rain in many districts on Saturday. There is a possibility of falling in 26 districts here. Apart from this, heavy rains are likely in Aurangabad, Rohtas and Bhabhua districts. At the same time, there has been a possibility of intermittent rains throughout the day of 14 districts around Gaya, Buxar and Begusarai, including Patna, the capital of Bihar. The effect of rain will be seen more in the southern districts of Bihar. The Meteorological Department has advised people to stay in homes to avoid stagnation.

Heavy to extreme rain in Rajasthan

Alert has been issued in many districts of Rajasthan regarding rain. The Meteorological Department has expressed the possibility of heavy rains for the next three days. In such a situation, the Meteorological Department has issued an orange alert in three districts on Saturday, while Yellow alert in six districts. The Meteorological Department estimates that waterlogging problems may arise due to rain. People may also face problems in traffic. A similar season will remain on 27 July i.e. Sunday. Apart from this, the entire eastern Rajasthan will be in the grip of heavy and extreme rain from July 28 to 31.

Rain alert in these districts of Uttarakhand

There is a possibility of heavy rains in the mountainous areas of Uttarakhand today. The Meteorological Department has issued an alert regarding rain in many districts of Uttarakhand. Yellow alert has been issued here in Dehradun, Champawat and parts of Nainital districts. People here are not going to get relief from the rain so soon. The Meteorological Department has predicted heavy rains in the entire state till 31 July. However, the rain in the plains has reduced slightly, causing people to disturb the heat. However, a decrease in night temperature is being recorded.
