He has informed that these passengers include pilgrims from various states like Gujarat, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Rajasthan, Assam, Karnataka, Telangana, and Punjab. Apart from these, one officer and 8 army personnel are also said to be missing after this disaster. At the same time, 9 military personnel and three civilians have been brought to Dehradun with the help of helicopter.
