Who is Anita Ayub?
Born in Karachi, Pakistan, Anita completed his studies from a girls college. He took acting training in Bollywood. The amazing thing is that before coming to India, he earned a post graduation degree in English literature from Karachi University. Anita took admission in Roshan Taneja School of Acting in Mumbai. This is the same institute from where veterans like Shabana Azmi, Anil Kapoor and Naseeruddin Shah learned acting. In 1993, she was shooting an advertisement. At the same time, he met Dev Anand. Happy with his work, Dev Anand cast him in his film ‘Pyaar Ka Tarana’. In 1993, Anita appeared in the film ‘Pyaar Ka Tarana’ with Dev Anand. She then appeared in another film with Dev Anand in 1995, named ‘Gangster’ which proved to be a hit at the box office.

A sad turn came in Anita’s life when rumors of dating with Dawood Ibrahim started spreading. The two were seen together several times. In 1995, producer Javed Siddiqui refused to take the actress in her upcoming Bollywood project, killing her shortly after. However, till date the cause of his death has not been revealed. Later, Pakistan -based magazine Fashion Central said that many people of the industry considered Anita Ayub as Pakistani spy, due to which she was banned in the film world.
