New Delhi: The Indian Army has rejected reports that today DGMO level talks will be held between India and Pakistan. There were reports on social media that there is a ceasefire between India and Pakistan till May 18. Today, it will be decided to pursue it in the DGMO meeting of both countries.

It was said by the Indian Army that there is no DGMO level conversation today. As far as the ceasefire fixed in the DGMO conversation on May 12 is concerned, there is no expiry date.

‘Operation Sindoor’ Revenge of Pahalgam attack

Let us know that after the attack on tourists in Pahalgam, the Indian Army started Operation Sindoor to destroy the terrorist bases in Pakistan. On the night of May 6-7, 9 terrorist bases in Pakistan were attacked by the Indian Armed Forces. Pakistan then attacked with drones and missiles to destroy India’s military bases, which was thwarted by the Indian air defense system.

After this, 11 airbase of Pakistan was demolished in retaliation from India. Nervous, Pakistan called the DGMO and demanded a ceasefire. India accepted the demands of Pakistan and the ceasefire came into force between the two countries. However, even after this, drones and missiles were fired by Pakistan. The next day the Indian Army made it clear that if such an audacity was done by Pakistan, the Indian Army would give a strong reply. Then Pakistan did not do such a lot and peace remained on the border.
