Dhanashree shocked the shocking revelations after divorce, ‘Hey brother, WhatsApp would have done’
Dhanashree verma: Dancer, choreographer and digital creator Dhanashree Verma recently appeared in the podcast of ‘Humans of Bombay’, where she talked to her heart and divorce the most difficult phase of her life. He told how trolling, rumors and criticisms of people on social media shook him, but still he chose to follow his path with dignity.
“I was broken in court”
Dhanashree said that the divorce day was very emotional for her. When the verdict was being pronounced in the court, she could not stop herself and started crying bitterly. They said,
“We were mentally prepared, but when that moment came, I broke. I just kept crying, could not be silent.”
“WhatsApp would instead T-shirt!”
On the day of divorce, Yuzvendra Chahal worn T-shirt, written on “Be your own sugar daddy”He was very much discussed. On this, Dhanshree said in his interview,

“Hey brother, WhatsApp would have done… Why did you have to wear a T-shirt?”
He also added that he already knew that people would blame him, because society usually blames women. On this occasion, she described this public statement of Chahal as a “drama” and said that she wants to stay away from such antics.

“Divorce is not easy”
Dhanashree clearly said that divorce should never be seen as ‘celebration’. This is a painful journey that requires self-restraint, understanding and respect. They said,
“I do not want to loot accolades by degrading someone or by giving public statement. I respect my and the family values of the front.”
He told that in this journey she understood himself, healing and now she is watching her life from a new perspective.
“It is necessary to accept pain and sorrow, but separation should never be an excuse to humiliate anyone.”
“Get scared of podcast”
In his interview, Dhanashree pointed to the podcast in which he made revelations about divorce.
She said laughing,
“I am afraid of ghosts, not from darkness, not even from height, but podcast.”
From this one line he said a lot, without saying anything.
“Never said – everything was right from me”
Dhanashree said that she was still silent, it does not mean that she had nothing to say.
“Every story has two aspects and the clap never rings with one hand. I will not speak about it right now, maybe I will do it in the future, but at the moment my attention is on fixing myself.”

When asked about love, Dhanashree said,
“Every person needs love. But first of all it is important that you love yourself. When you learn to love yourself, only then you are able to give true love to others.
He further said that his parents and friends also wish that everything is good in his life.
“If something good is written for me, then why not? Yes, I also want to get love again – finally love is the most beautiful feeling.”
Dhanashree Verma and Yuzvendra Chahal married in December 2020. Shortly after marriage, there were reports of rift between the two and finally in March 2025, both of them divorced by mutual consent. During this time both lived about 18 months different lives.
