The Municipal Corporation has issued a notice to the Ekana Stadium Management of Lucknow. This notice has been sent to follow the Swachh Bharat Mission. In this notice issued regarding waste management, orders have been given to separate dry and wet waste inside the premises.

In the notice given to the Ekana Stadium management of Lucknow, it has been said that they have not followed the advisory of the Municipal Corporation. In the notice, instructions have been given to dispose of the wet garbage inside the premises using scientific techniques. According to the information, NGT itself is monitoring such cases.

Action will be taken if you do not agree
Action will be taken if garbage is not disposed within 5 days from the date of issue of notice. The Municipal Corporation can take action against the Ekana Stadium management under the Solid Waste Management Rules 2016.

Earlier Diljit had received notice from Telangana government.
