Bollywood’s controversial but uncontrollable actress Rakhi Sawant has supported actor-singer Diljit Dosanjh and Pakistani actress Hania Aamir, who has been engulfed in controversies over her upcoming film ‘Sardar Ji 3’. Actually, some Indian organizations have expressed displeasure over the casting of Pakistani actress Hania Aamir in the film. On Thursday, Rakhi Sawant shared a glimpse of the film on her Instagram handle, in which Diljit Dosanjh and Hania Aamir are seen together.

Hania Aamir is making her debut in Sardar Ji 3. Both videos have gone viral and people are telling Rakhi Sawant to Karkhiot. Many users were seen raging in the comment section. A user wrote to Rakhi, ‘Holes in the plate in which the ate is a hole’. At the same time, another user said while talking about him, “Rakhi has already left India and now his return should also be banned.” Another user wrote, ‘Rakhi has never been the real country.’

Demand to ban Diljit
However, the controversy over the release of the film is deepening. After the recent political tension and the Pahalgam terror attack earlier this year, the atmosphere has become sensitive to working with Pakistani artists in India. Organizations such as the Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) and All Indian Cine Workers Association (AICWA) have demanded a ban on Diljit Dosanjh and his films in India.
Diljit has given clarification
Reacting to the controversy, Diljit Dosanjh recently told the BBC Asian Network in an interview that the shooting of the film was completed in February 2024, when the situation was normal. He said, ‘Everything was fine when this film was made. We shot it in February. There were many incidents after that, which were out of our control. Diljit also clarified that in view of the current situation, the producers will no longer release the film in India. He said, “The producers have invested a lot of money and now they have decided that the film will be released only abroad.” ‘Sardar G3’ is directed by Amar Hundal and the film will be released internationally on 27 June. However, the film in India will not be shown in theaters at the moment.
