According to the Times of India report, the selectors are now thinking of joining him in the team for the T20 series against Bangladesh later this year.
Significantly, KL Rahul played his last T20 I match against England during the 2022 T20 World Cup. Since then, he did not get a chance in the T20 team. Now that Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli have retired from T20, an experienced player like Rahul may once again be returning to the T20 team.
