Do puja daily at fixed time
Fix a time for worship and worship God at that time every day. Do not change the time of worship every day. Doing like this is against discipline. The head should not be uncovered during puja. Keeping a cloth on the head does not bring any negative energy and does not create any kind of hindrance in the worship. During puja, one lamp should not be lit from one lamp to another.
