Doli earth again in Karachi, Pakistan, tremors felt earthquake; Learn intensity
Pakistan Earthquake
Pakistan Earthquake: There has been an earthquake in Pakistan once again. The earthquake has come to Karachi, called the financial capital of Pakistan. Earthquake tremors have been felt once again on Saturday. Due to the earthquake, at least five areas came out of the houses. Earthquake tremors were felt several times in Karachi about 15 days ago.
What did the meteorologist say?
According to Aamir Haider, the leading meteorologist at the Karachi Meteorological Center, the intensity of the shaking on Saturday was measured at 3.2 on the Richter scale. The earthquake focused at a depth of 38 km within the ground. Hyder said that these shocks were recorded in at least five areas of the city. He said that these shocks are being felt due to earthquake energy from a historic seismic ‘fault line’ in Landhi area. He said, “If this energy comes out together, there is a possibility of a big earthquake, but nothing like this happened on Saturday.”
Earthquakes are coming in Karachi continuously
Aamir Haider said that since June 1, at least 21 shocks of low intensity have been felt in Karachi, which has been between 2.1 to 3.6. He said, “As this fault line will release its energy, the intensity of the tremors will also decrease.” Haider said that in 2009 the same ‘fault line’ was active, which caused continuous earthquakes in the city, but later she calmed down.
