Duleep trophy 2025 Central Zone Squad: The Central Zone team has been announced for the Dilip Trophy 2025 (Duleep Trophy). Preparations for Dilip Trophy starting on August 28 are in full swing. India’s wicketkeeper batsman Dhruv Juril has been made captain in the fifth and last Test for the Central Zone team.

Many star players have been given a chance in the team, including captain Rajat Patidar, who won the title to Royal Challengers Bangalore in IPL 2025. However, Patidar’s fitness is a major problem. Silver will be able to become part of the tournament only after getting fitness clearance.

The name of Team India’s star batsman Rinku Singh, who played for Uttar Pradesh, also disappeared from the squad of the Central Zone. Rinku is playing white ball cricket (especially T20 International) for Team India. On the other hand, Rinku’s record in first class cricket is quite excellent. Rinku has so far scored 3336 runs in 72 innings of 50 first class matches at an excellent average of 54.68.
