Early solution to public problems is our priority: DC
Faridabad. On the initiative of the Haryana government, a Samadhan Camp was organized on Thursday in the auditorium of the Small Secretariat in Sector-12, Faridabad, under the Samadhan Camp campaign being organized for speedy solution of common people across the state. This camp was chaired by Deputy Commissioner (DC) Vikram Singh. In the Samadhan Camp, which takes two days a week, people of every class are bringing their problems, which are also diagnosed in time.
In the Samadhan Camp organized by the district administration, DC Vikram Singh, while communicating directly with the public, heard their problems carefully and directed the concerned departments to take prompt action. These camps are being organized with the aim of putting the thinking of the Chief Minister’s “public service, dedication and solution” on the ground. A large number of citizens from different parts of the district reached the camp and submitted applications related to their issues. DC Vikram Singh listened seriously to each citizen in the presence of public representatives and administrative officials and took steps towards solution in many cases on the spot. He asked the officials present to take serious cognizance of each problem and ensure quick and effective solutions.
DC said that early solution to public problems is our top priority. The purpose of the Samadhan camp is to empower direct communication between the administration and the public, so that complaints can be resolved rapidly. Issues related to health, education, employment, and social welfare were discussed in the camp. Compost in Samadhan Camp mainly includes complaints like property ID, family identity card, land registration, social welfare pension, ration card etc. For this, the officials and teams of the concerned department are trying to resolve immediately in the camp.
CTM Ankit Kumar, ACP Vinod Kumar and all other concerned departments were present in the Samadhan camp.
