The German Geology Research Center (GFZ) reported that a 5.93 magnitude earthquake occurred in the Western Papua region of Indonesia on Saturday. The GFZ reported that the earthquake center was at a depth of 10 km (6 mi). The tremors of the earthquake were so strong that people started running out of the houses due to fear. At present, there is no news of any kind of damage. Let me tell you that earlier on Thursday, July 24, there was a 6.2 magnitude earthquake in the Minhasa Peninsula of Sulawesi region of Indonesia. The earthquake occurred at a depth of 147 km.

Earlier on Wednesday, there was a 5.5 magnitude earthquake in Seram, Indonesia. The earthquake occurred at a depth of 15 km and its center was about 244 km east-east and 155 km from Amhai, about 244 km from Ambon.
