Let us know that Rahul Gandhi has asked this question while sharing a screenshot of a media report on X. The screenshot claimed that the Election Commission has cleared the way to share the voter list data for Haryana and Maharashtra from 2009 to 2024. It said that the Election Commission had earlier assured the Delhi High Court in this regard at the beginning of the current year. However, no official comments have been made by the Election Commission regarding the alleged step.

What did the Election Commission say?

Let us know that Rahul Gandhi accused of rigging in the Maharashtra assembly elections held last year. On this, sources in the election body said on Sunday that the constitutional body will only respond when the Leader of Opposition would officially write it. He also informed that under increasing contact, the Election Commission had invited all six national parties for separate talks. He said that the leaders of five parties met the Election Commission officials, but the Congress had canceled the meeting of May 15.

Election Commission rejected allegations

However, Rahul’s allegations of rigging in Maharashtra elections were rejected by the Election Commission sources. After this, Rahul Gandhi on Saturday attacked the Election Commission again and said that its credibility will be protected from truth, not theft. Rahul Gandhi had accused of ‘match-fixing’ in Maharashtra elections and claimed that this would be in the upcoming Bihar elections and every place where the BJP is losing.
