He said that as soon as the true number of Dalits, tribals, backward people and the poor comes out, we will break the 50 percent wall of reservation from Jharkhand to Delhi. He alleged that in Jharkhand, BJP reduced the reservation of backward classes from 27 to 14 percent. This time, as soon as our government is formed, the reservation of ST will be increased from 26 to 28 percent, SC from 10 to 12 percent and reservation of backward classes will be increased from 14 to 27 percent.
The Congress leader said that the participation of tribals and backward people in the top bureaucracy of the country is negligible.
