The Indian Army’s AH-64 Apache is the world famous twin-engine attack helicopter. The Apache helicopter flew for the first time on 30 September 1975. In 1986, it was inducted into the US Army. Other countries then bought it.

This helicopter is useful in eliminating enemies tanks and emergency help and monitoring in your areas.
What is specialty
The helicopter is powered by two General Electric T700-GE-701C/D Turboshaft engines, which provide about 1,690–2,000 shaft horsepower. In this, the main pilot sits behind, while the pilot/gunner sits forward. Its main rotor is of four wings, which can be folded. This specialty helps it to fly closer to the ground. This helicopter can fly at a speed of 164 knots (about 300 km/h). The Apache helicopter can withstand ammunition up to 23 mm. Its Kevler-Lyned cockpit and crash-resistant design make it useful during the war.
