Entry of Dhruv Jurlel, Deepak Chahar, Kuldeep Yadav and Rajat Patidar, BCCI announced a 17 -member team

The Dilip Trophy 2025 tournament schedule has been fully announced. The tournament starts 28 August. The final match will be played on 11 September. However, the Central Zone has also announced its team for the tournament.

Many young players of the team have also got a place, the Central Zone team has got the captaincy of wicketkeeper batsman Dhruv Jurlel, while Deepak Chahar Kuldeep Yadav has also been made part of the team in the same team.

Dhruv Jurlel will captain Central Zone

The Dilip Trophy 2025 has been made to the Central Zone captain Dhruv Jurlel for the 2025 tournament. He recently showed his performance for the Indian team in the five -match Test series against England.

Dhruv Jurlel had a chance to play in the fifth Test match only. In which he scored 19 runs in the first innings and managed to score 34 runs in the second innings.

However, the team of Central Zone has also been given a chance to Deepak Chahar, Kuldeep Yadav, Khalil Ahmed, Rajat Patidar, while players like Yash Rathore, Harsh Dubey have also been made part as bowlers.

Rajat Patidar will play the role of vice -captain

In the Dilip Trophy 2025, silver Patidar has also been given a place in the Central Zone team. Those who will be seen taking over as deputy captaincy in the team.

The Central Zone team will play their first match in the upcoming Dilip Trophy against the North East team on August 28 at the Center of Excellence in Bangalore.
